Best Option For Us

My husband lost his job two years ago. I was working, but I was not making enough to support us. I could pay the mortgage, but could not afford to pay the rest of the bills and have enough for food and other essentials.

We finally had to go talk to an attorney and he suggested that we file Ch 7 Bankruptcy. We were not sure that this was the route that we wanted to take, but realised that we really did not have another option.

Now that all is done we are starting to rebuild. Looking back this was the best option for us.
