Although you may not have heard of him yet, Fuad El-Hibri is certainly a very recognizable name within the biomedical community. After becoming the CEO of Emergent BioSolutions, he has helped to develop the vaccine for the Anthrax virus with this leading corporation creating vaccines for several deadly diseases. He has certainly worked hard to become as successful as he is by pushing his way through the corporate chain in many different organizations until he had risen to the top. Not everyone can become this successful, but if enough work is done and there is ambition, it is certainly a possibility.
