I was in the middle of bidding on something for myself when I got an instant message from my friend Roger. Roger has been trying to sell his house for the past four months. It seems that Roger finally got a good solid offer. I was happy for Roger. I knew that he had been looking at various conveyancing solicitors for Manchester property. I also knew that he was becoming a little desperate to sell his house.
