I wish there was a way to keep my diet as regulated as my vitamins that I am taking are. With the way that the opc-3 vitamin works, it helps to regulate the amount of vitamins that my body absorbs so that I keep going all day long. If only I could get my food to behave in the same way. I eat healthy in the morning and at night but in the middle of the day when I have no time, I resort to fast. Thankfully though my vitamins can help me out where my schedule can not afford to.
