Splitting the big house

We are a joint family of thirteen people living together in a big house. Now we are planning to get separate and shift into smaller houses. I have contacted a real estate agent for getting our old house sold. Now we are confused that what we should do of buying new houses. I am not able to decide that whether all of us should buy condominiums or apartments. I want to assess all the factors associated with it and thus I am seeking help from some experts. I will be visiting a Fort Collins Realtor today and hope that he helps me with the situation.
