I heard Polar F11 is the best heart rate monitor available in the market for now. Anyway, I know Polar F11 is not cheap and definitely a bit pricey for me. Well, unless I’m plan to use it often, if not I don’t think I can afford it. Why buying a heart rate monitor in the first place? Well, after I enroll for one of the fitness exercise program, I get to know how important it is for a heart rate monitor to help us with our effective workout. By having a heart rate monitor, we are able to exercise at our fitness level and optimize our workout. This definitely sound good to me and this is why I’m going to buy a heart rate monitor soon.
