Sometimes, a person doesn’t need to lose weight because they gain it. We gain weight for a number of reasons. Top reason is our lifestyle and eating habits. But gaining weight is most common specially during puberty and as the body grows into adulthood. But there can also be other good reasons why you gain weight.
