Shower of Outdoor Lighting
This is the first time in months that I come home from a semester in college. It felt like a lot of things have changed. It must be that I made a wrong decision in not letting my parents get me from the airport. Now I am standing her in the porch with the shower of outdoor lighting. I noticed that mom got new outdoor lighting and it is so cute that I felt like I was in the wrong house. The outdoor lighting made the house look surreal to me. Maybe it is just the long time apart that is making me incoherent now and I have to ring the bell before the rain pours.
