One Girl’s Dream Prom Dress

One girl did very well out of her attendance at her high school’s prom this year. Jenna Zito, aged 17, of Northport, was Newsday’s Project Prom girl. The decion was made by voting, online and by mail. There were apparently over 7,000 votes in the ballot. And Jenna got the perfect Prom Dress for her. I saw the photos of her at the prom. Hardly the glitziest of dresses that’s for sure. But, the Meister satin gown in blue was unique, and certainly looked good on her. She must have felt like a princess, arriving at the prom in the stretched limo. A pity she was chewing gum when she arrived, kind of spoiled the effect.
