Searching for a Manual for Vertical Jump for My Brother
My brother is going through a mini mid-life crisis. Fortunately for my sister-in-law it is not that bad. He has been doing a bit more adventurous things which all things considered is not that bad. He seems to really be enjoying doing vertical jumps. So, for Christmas this year, I have been searching for something to help him with his jumps. I just heard about Jump Manual from a friend of ours that has been jumping for years. He said that he read it recently and it had some good tips and advice that really helped him. I think I am going to order it for my brother.
